When I enter a chunk on more than one occasion I notice that NPCS, mobs and player housing models with furniture spawn into the world more frequently and are rendered more completely. Usually this occurs after I collision with an invisible object and crash from game. On occasion collisioning with objects will cause you to be trapped inside the object. This has happened twice with guild halls. Abandoned pets are returning at a rapid rate. They seem to like the bank in Khal. I have screenshots to accompany this phenomenon.
