    Seriously. This item is absolutely ridiculous to get. I see most of the other mythical drops on the higher end characters.
    So much grueling time spent there, the most boring place on the planet anymore - nobody ever wants to do it. Drop rate should be increased being a soulbound drop, or be unsoulbound.
    Of course if your a disc its a super fun place to solo exploit the flight bug and rack up some mythical money off the tower nameds....
