Account Manager: My Characters!

Account Manager: My Characters!
After seeing how many Worlds have popped up in the last week, and considering the troubles they have had with "orphaned characters" I decided it was time to implement the My Characters tab of the Account Manager module.

Basically, log into Account Manager using your account created via the launchpad -or- in Account Manager itself, then go to the My Characters tab and you can view or Delete your characters from Login.
This fixes the issue with character select repeatedly saying "Waiting for data from..." when World-side databases get dropped - which they will do frequently for some time.
And before you ask, yes eventually account management will be merged into VGOPlayers.com, using a single-signon over there. For right now, we have bigger things to work on so you're stuck with Account Manager
