Active statement slots not expanding

Hi all, been working on diplomacy a bit. Upon dinging lvl 4 I get this Hint box pop up "Congratulations on diplomacy level 4! You can now ready eight Statements."

It appears I still only have 5 statement slots available. I am unsure if this has already been reported, or if the hint is simply no longer correct. Relog did not correct.

Apologies, after playing for a few days when I logged in I had 3 additional statements (8 total).

Unsure what caused the update but working now! Please close thread when you can.

In case this is actually a bug, I'm moving it to the Server bugs as this does not fall under the control of content design.

Faced this same issue today. Still only have 5 slots available after hitting lvl 4 Diplo. Tried re-logging and did not fix it.

Ok. It just "fixed itself". I now have the 8 slots available. I noticed that this change occurred as I was talking to the Warrior Monk/Priest/Bard/ etc. in Shining Village as part of the Diplo quest line.
