Oops, I forgot to post this when I joined, just noticed this section lol

Most of you will know me from Vanguard, I have been playing VG since the very first closed beta and was active for the 7+ years with only 2 small breaks for a month and 3 months due to RL issues), I have been the guild leader and raid leader for Reverence for the last couple of years, running the PUG raid and various other things plus I was quite active on the forums.

I really wish I had of joined this project much earlier when Zew asked me in game but to be honest, I was pretty pissed off with SOE and was sad about the game being shut down, so I pretty much just walked away from it never expecting this project to come this far (I had never heard of an EMU before), but I am glad there are dedicated people like you guy's and girls around that have worked so hard to bring the project this far.

I have decided to dedicate my time (when not studying) to helping collect as much data as possible and anything else I may be of use for later on.

I have one of every class but only 10 of them are max level 55, 7-8 of those are max level 50 Diplomats and 6 of those are maxed in each specialty of crafting, so I am more than happy to help wherever I am needed the most.

I have 4 gold accounts and can box semi ok (until I can redo all my macros after uninstalling the game, I will be able to box easy to average content, nothing too major).

Anyway, thanks for allowing me to help with this and please tell me what is needed and I will get stuck straight in (I have already collected abilities/spells from my max level characters and uploaded).

So glad your here ! I would love to see if we can get a group together for some high lvl stuff.
I've been trying for a while but so many peeps have done the same as you and I as well.
So hopefully we can organize something to do .... I know we probably won't be able to get a full raid together but asong as just one of us is collecting I believe the data will get captured.

I am always up for groups of any level.

I really want to try and push a group through the Griffon quest line before the game shuts down, it would be a shame to lose that.

There are still overland raids hosted by Reverence/Exile every Sunday 7:30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT +10) if anyone is interested, I will be attending them each week and collecting data from them until the game shuts down but the more the merrier

The sad thing is most people were pissed off at the SOE sunset announcement, still played the game, but would not log data for it. They will probably be the first people waiting in line to play the emulated version too. Really chaps my hide that people are like this with this project.

Yeah I understand your frustration Ily, I couldn't handle not having VG anymore and kind of withdrew myself away from it so I didn't have to deal with losing the game later, when it would be taken from us, I thought if I take myself away from the game I could just move on but that wasn't the case and nothing out there even compares for me, so I remembered Zewtastic asking me in game to log data right before I left and did a little searching to eventually find a link to this site and applied straight away to come back and help.

I am also trying to spread the word and encourage everyone I know who loved VG or still semi plays to continue to do it while running the collector in the background but not a lot are interested sadly. You are right though, they will be the ones who realise how much they miss the game to come back and still have it here because of all the hard work put in by the awesome people actively involved in helping this site collect all the data and put it together.

I see a lot of names on the members list that aren't actually collecting or doing anything and I don't understand why? With 34 days left, stalking the forums and progression of this project to see if they have a game or not at the end is silly when they could be helping to get as much data as possible!

Anyway, I didn't mean for this post to be this big, you just got me thinking about the slackers who do nothing but will play at the end and it's frustrating lol
