Unable to cast Vile Ritual I.

Targetting a dead creature and selecting the ability via hotkey will begin the casting but end with a failure message in chat - "Target is already dead!". Selecting the ability without a target gives a messagae stating "You do not have a valid target for Drain Life I. This has been tested against several different creatures around the NPC named Coris Quickfinger.
