Coterie Infineum Sanctuary Quest Line

A friend and I started on the CIS quest line starting the Strange thing is afoot, We are now on Infineum Immunity quest and need to find the Book of Purification, which we finely did.
After cleaning the room we saw the Book of Purification at the back, Clicked on it or Hail didn't work and then we got respawns. we did this 3 times and got nowhere. the Book of Purification didn't finsh or start the next quest.

Is this quest bugged or not finshed?

I'm in the same boat, is there a way to search Quest IDs so we can use .quest offer to get the quest when things like this aren't in yet?

If they're not in yet, you can't do them anyway.
