I can't log in to one character

I am unable to log into one of my character. I was camped in Kahl and have not been able to log in since Monday. All my others are on IoD and I have no issues logging them in.

If you're trying to log in and it's stuck on the loading screen, do the following:

Hit enter
Type: /say .rift 1
Wait at least 5 minutes.
It should log into IOD. Your hotbars might be messed up, just relog.
