Details:
I'm doing the quest-series Zihurr Invasion (Giant ants) at currently Adv-Lvl19 - I'm at Royal Extermination (Quest-ID 462) where I'm supposed to kill the queen Ayxlyx. But I think I explored every part of the ant/zihurr-caves including a region filled with larva and handmaiden, but I can't find the queen itself

The queen is up with a 100% spawn rate (always up). I'm guessing the player didn't explore enough of the Zihurr mound to find her. This is not a bug.
