Panther Mask quest is Live

I've added the Panther Mask Illusion quest in game by player request. The area has NOT been cleaned up yet, so that mine is full of a lot more mobs than there should be currently. But you can do the quest.

You will need the 12k faction to start it.

I added an easter egg of a 1 in 10 chance of getting a Leopard or Tiger illusion instead of just the black panther.

Just some things of note:
1. There's currently an issue where killing the Shidreth miners actually makes their faction increase instead of decrease, lol. The Devs are looking into this right now. This should hopefully be fixed after the next server restart.
2. All of the quest text was missing as none of the collectors got this quest from live. I know the gist of what the questgiver said, but I don't have the exact stuff. For now I have left placeholder text there. If you bug report that, I will be very disappointed in you.

If anyone happens to find the actual quest text, please let me know.
