Unable to Register @vgoplayers.com

Hi,

When I try to register at http://vgoplayers.com/community/ucp.php?mode=register I get the following error after accepting the agreement:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'new' (T_NEW) in /usr/www/vgo/public/community/includes/captcha/plugins/phpbb_captcha_qa_plugin.php on line 104

Would love to play Vanguard again, I really miss it.
