Completed but Orloc (Light Fighter Instructor) won't give me the reward of his bow

The rewards on this quest are supposed to be class specific and aren't currently set up yet. However, I didn't have any problem getting his bows (The Shortbow or the Crossbow). So I was unable to duplicate this issue.
