Quest 3591 Crawler Leaves - I could not get the crawler leaves item to drop from the corrupted kiyo outside of Whitefawn Retreat to complete quest.

Crawler leaves do not come from the Corrupted Kiyo. They come from the "Contaminated Crawlers" and this is working as intended. The Quest Summary does have this information and should be read carefully before attempting to complete objectives for the quest.
