Thanks again for all the hard work on this great game!

Grouped with Aevah yesterday (6/6/17) after a couple hours she helped me with a transfer of about 12 items. I didn't intend to file a /bug report but she asked me to. Tried to fill out a /bug report first thing this morning (too tired last night) and it wouldn't let me complete. It said to make the report shorter but it didn't say by how much. I had no idea, how much to shorten it, so now I ended up filing it here in General Support.

It was about 9pm to 11pm and there were several Script Updates. Three items went to my bard (Augmenti) 2 TotA Dex rings and a bow. Nine items went to my necro (Cannibella) 2 TotA Int rings, chest and belt, light armor, blue quality(Silk was in the name and had spell attack and INT attrib), plus some minor items and gold. After two crashes I lost all the major items, 3 on my bard, which I had not even been on. The four major items on my necro, 2 rings, chest and belt.

On to Infective Combat with Friendly NPCs. I get stuck in combat, which transfers from Friendly NPC to Friendly NPC, who ever I /hail . This includes merchant selling and Quest NPCs. I can't log out and seem to be losing items. Once I logged back in while still grouped with Aevah and I had lost all my spells and gold too. Exit from main menu, would break combat but not save items. So now, when I get stuck in combat make sure I wait about 5 min to be sure data is Saved then main menu Exit. I've gotten stuck in combat at least twice, but probably three times in the last hour of actual play time (not trying to file bug reports). I've also tried Flush and ReloadUI commands. What would be awesome is to find out a command to break combat.

If you crash and come back with no items, missing items, or missing whatever try the following:

Log out (All the way, launcher too).
Log back in.
Rift to another chunk. example: /say .rift Dahknarg

You should have all your items again.

In at least one case, it might be a bug. I started a sort of mule toon at IoD but never activated any quests. She's just there at the start, but no matter what items I give her she loses them. Now that doesn't happen on the main toon I'm playing, well for the most part. I gave the mule 2 Tenby axes (a bard) and a few dex items. After I go play for a few hours on the main toon and log on to the mule, everything is gone. I tried logging out completely and .rift commands, with no luck in this case. Maybe since she hasn't activated a quest, it keeps cleaning her inventory out, to starting equipment only. Sorry, don't have anything more precise, atm.

Hope this didn't double post.

The missing traded items should be fixed with the next server update. Thanks for the report.
