Details:
For Unshackling the Past - 404, I am in the jail cells of Cairnworth hall, and I don't see any shackles. There are some corpses that light up when I mouse hover over them, but they are not sparkly, and they don't react when I right click on them. The prisoners don't seem to drop them either.

Fixed. The corpses now give the rusted shackles.

I'm not entirely convinced these are the proper shackles for this quest though, because of the description mentioning Gyrtaag. But since this is related to the Orc/Goblin invasion of Thestra, if Gyrtaag is an Orc/Goblin fortress, then these might be correct (Since they took over Cairnsworth hall in that section).

The rewards aren't right, but I'm not going to do a reward pass for Silverlake at this time.
