The quest in tursh "Pumpkin Carving" will not allow you to carve the pumpkin at the mentioned location in front of Mia Pennstumps house.

Fixed. You had to go into the house before. But I just checked the quest text and it specifically says outside. So I've changed it to outside. Basically, if you follow the compass, you're golden.
