Details:
For the quest Kinfolk Freedom - 3766, the Ecstatic Wood Elves don't give quest credit, just the Raki. By the spell description either of them should do.

The quest keeps referring to the questgiver's "Kinfolk". Even though it mentions the Wood Elves at least in the summary, otherwise it keeps saying "kinfolk". I would also assume it refers only to Raki as well.

I don't remember the quest from live (I only started a couple characters in CB), however the quest description should be updated if you're not going to have the wood elves grant an update. It is pretty confusing.

I seem to remember this being Raki-Only in live as well. I'm not the designer for CB/JC so I'd leave this up to Hubert. The only place that Wood Elves are even mentioned is in the quest summary and even then it's not directly tied to being part of the "kinfolk":

Though if people find it confusing, perhaps they should be removed from the description.

Well, as long as this quest works and is completeable I'm going to consider this one low priority. I read kinfolk as Raki only too. Though I could word it to say something like "save my Kinfolk and any others that might need help". If there are not enough Raki spawns to complete this quest that might be another matter but I haven't heard that so far. When I'm done working on IoD I can take a closer look at it.

If you're going to do that, you might want to word it like:

"save my Kinfolk and others under the thrall of the Shrine's power."
