I've now bounced around to working on these quests, updating them to current standards, and fixing the objectives now that we have them in plain sight of what they were supposed to be.
I just wanted to make a note that for one quest I made some changes, but I'm not entirely sure it's what was on live - but might be better:
Infiltrate the Necromancers - Your character clicks a crate, turns into a rat, and gets laughed at by the enemy. But in the laughing, the enemy tells you his plans and is sure you'll die, and tells you to scurry off.
Original: We think that originally, after he laughs at you and tells you to scurry off, you're teleported back to the original crate, and turned back into your natural form. I've changed this. Why? Well, it makes no sense.
#1. The quest says that you go into the crate so they carry you into the room with the necromancer enemy, and you listen in on his plans. Well he caught you. He tells you to scurry off. There's no way they're leaving you in that same crate to allow the workers to conveniently take you back out to where you hopped in, and let you get away. It really doesn't make any sense.
#2. Plus, in apparance, it looks like you're teleporting away. And that would tip off the Necros that you might be a spy for the Martok clan (Which you are). So again, it wouldn't make sense to me that you're sent in to spy, get caught, and by saving you, they tip their hand.
So I've made the following changes: You get in the crate, you're turned into a rat. You're taken inside and laughed at. He tells you to scurry off. So you literally just run right out the door. Now the necro enemy guy thinks you "won't survive long as a rat" so it makes sense you run out. But then you run to the questgiver. Once you turn in, he'll change you back. And he apologizes for the rat thing* - indicating it was part of the plan all along.

So that's my take on that particular quest.
