Details:
On quest Ancient Ksaravi Tome -- 1146, the quest mob Vsael was attackable, so when I right clicked on him to advance the quest, I entered combat. During combat I was able to hail him with "H" and complete the quest. The quest requires that I kill him, so that part was OK. I just don't think I was supposed to fight him until after advancing the quest.

This quest was done a while ago, we have since gotten more tools to allow the quest to happen properly.

I went through both this and the next quest and updated them with current functions. Vsael is no longer attackable normally. When the first quest is turned in, he will attack the player. If for some reason the player completes the quest but does not loot the item for the next quest, or deletes it later, Vsael will attack on hail so he'll drop it again.
