Details:
When you buy (train) a new ability, this ability does not appear on your hotbar by default, you have to go find it in your knowledge book.
Same thing happens if your upgrading a previous ability

I don't remember if this is how it was or not. I don't think I'd be bothered either way.

It is how it was originally, but I'm guessing that hasn't been programmed in yet. I'll add that to the "don't need to report" list.

On Live when buying a new ability, if you had a spot open on your MAIN hotbar the new ability would be placed in the first open spot. It would not add it to any other bar.

When updating an ability, I'm pretty sure if you already had the previous version on any bar, it'd replace it automatically, otherwise add to the main bar if there was an open spot.

That is correct, but also if your main hotbar was full and you had any of the other horizontal default hotbars turned on the ability would appear there.

Most likely not programmed in yet but I made the report because it wasn't working right I wait patiently for a fix

This is now live it will attempt to add to main bar if there is room it will also update and previous rank ability on any hotbar.
