Details:
If the blood mage spell (finisher) Blood Tribute I is placed into a macro, it will work and do damage to the mob - However, it also seems to heal the mob at the same time which defeats its purpose.

Should not be healing mob, only group members.

NOTE: Removed the heal for now, it will need to use an iteration of the caster's group to get the heal targets rather than using SpellHealTargets. Faux said he is writing a function to get the group so waiting on that.
