Helping with packet collection

I don't know 100% what the data packet collection entails - but as a fan of Vanguard since launch (never dropped my subscription even though I only played off and on - darn adult life) I would love to be able to help in keeping it alive and still having the ability to go play it time and again.

If I can be of help just let me know what I need to do (plan on playing as much as I can until sunset).
