Details:
Bayside Outpost quest in Cliffs of Ghelgad: Has a task to meet with Wadj Peheb. This task was immediately marked as complete as soon as I received the quest. it did not make me actually go to Wadj and hail him.

Also, Wadj's location did not appear on my map as a green POI (presumably because the task was completed)

Note* The quest did turn in correctly when speaking with Wadj
