Diplomacy Influence (mana?) still can be used if x out.

Not sure if this right spot for this.

Retested Diplomacy today and confirmed behavior I had mentioned in another thread about.

So in some diplomacy you are not supposed to have access to some colored influences (mana ?). I tried one with no blue influence supposed to be working.

I purposely set up some card in my strategy to build blue influence and one to need blue influence to activate. I then proceeded to start diplomacy conversation with a npc that blocks blue influence from being seen /generated. when I had build enough blue influence (2 in this case ) I tried using said card from my strategy that cost 2 blue influence and it worked.

From my understanding of diplomacy this blue influence should not even build up and cast I activated should not have worked.

NPC TESTED with : Ringo Tentrees location -16282, 18905, 1303 isle of dawn (-26,1) does not allow inspire blue to be used.

Strategy cards tested: Inspire moral authority to generate 2 inspire (blue). then played Morell Authority cost 2 inspire (blue)
