Game won't launch

Here's the error i get. I am using the 2.0.2.1 launcher, but this happened with the old one as well. I don't know what causes this, i never could figure it out before. I open the launch pad, select New Telon, click play, the Vanguard Saga of Heroes graphic comes up and sits there until i click on it, then i get this error.

I have added the client to my firewall exceptions list.

Few things i can think of.

How old is your client?

Try setting vgclient.exe to run as administrator.

I don't know the age of the client. It's one i downloaded from the site just last month i think.

I set it to run as administrator and ran into the same problem.

Thanks! I checked those parameters and found they were already set to "yyyy" not "yy".

I'm tinkering around with different versions of that setting now to see if the problem is fixed.
