The webserver was not responding at about 07:00 UTC today. Later it came back and stayed up for a few minutes, and then fell asleep again.
You might want to check for DDoS or hardware problems, or spray the network cables with some cat repellent.

Thanks for the report, I'll check the logs. More than likely it was my ISP and it's 99.999% uptime guarantee. Somehow, they think 5 mins here and there throughout the year constitutes < 0.001%
