Video Glitch

Hello
Yesterday I created a character and logged in for a minute or so and everything appeared to be normal.
Today for some reason this is what my video displays.
Any ideas?

Does it do it if you swap to another chunk?

I figured it out.
Due to lack of space on a portable drive, while copying to my wife's computer,
I removed the folder meshes from the assets folder. Copied it back in just now
and video is working fine.
Duh.
