Cannot access New Telon in Rev 719

A recent commit prevents connection to New Telon. I have recompiled Login and World both (rev 720) and we're stuck with Waiting on Data. I swore this was working just after bringing the server online, might have been 718 - which is what I rolled back to.

Are you able to connect yourself, John? I have been working on spawn lists this afternoon on whatever rev my latest commit was and am able to access my own server.

I'll be on IRC in a couple hours, if you happen to be on.

You will be pleased to know this was NOT caused by 719, as I am on 718 and after a day's worth of connections, Waiting on Data... starts. Same type of info you see in the posted log above.

This is the log showing how players were connecting, then... weren't.
