Interested in playing and or doing raid content in RIFT?

I was silly enough to grab AA Alpha when it was first released and I must say, I have had fun on several characters levelling up to around 20 but I don't PvP in mmorpgs and I am starting to wear down badly with the quest system and following the same paths in different continents.

I so badly wanted it to be different and something for me to go to after VG, which is why i took the risk ( should of learned after Pantheon) but I can say with certainty that I will not be playing AA full time, I will log in every now and then out of boredom but the game just does nothing for me after the first 20 levels of doing the same thing over and over again. (and it takes a lot for me to say that, since I love grinding! lol)

I started a couple of toons on Rift earlier this year ,we also made the Unleashed guild there, though it's rather inactive. I can't do much til I get either a new computer or a new video card (If that's my comp's issue). But I don't mind doing group stuff when I have time for it.

I've also been thinking about getting back into The Secret World.

I hit 35 in the Alpha, did not spend much time prior to the end of VG so catching up. It is very guild-centric if you want to advance efficiently. Lots of unbalance as they work through the alpha. A great number of economy dysfunctions and OP exploits still.

The crafting is very elaborate but not hard. Just the resource collecting is hard. Some items require you to put yourself in danger moving trade packs into pvp areas and pirate waters.

Any player that plays serious MMOs should check it out.

the best gear is crafted, and requires the hardest to get resources.

I played Rift to 50, but largely hated it. This has Rift beat hands down if you find what you like.
