New Telon Chat Logging

Out of fairness, I wanted to make you all aware that at least for the current time chat channel activity is being logged on New Telon (with the exception of /tell). There are some major issues with crashing the world and locking it up, and we need to figure out the flow of what's going on. Xinux fixed one thing tonight, but today's crashes have been astounding - for that I apologize.

Please do not be shy and _not_ chat just because of this change in config. I assure you, no one will be reading these logs unless something breaks

If you have any questions or concerns, let me know. This is a last-ditch desperate attempt to see what's going on, so I hope you understand.
