Forum Cleanup

We ran hot and heavy for months, and now that collecting is done I am taking the time to fix and update various things. One thing is permissions; since there is no threat anymore, I have exposed the Data Collection and Packet Analysis groups to [b:2sevtwh1]Registered Users[/b:2sevtwh1] (not Guests or Bots) so everyone with a validated account here should see the info -- you can truly see the scope of the effort that went into collecting VG.

I've also fixed some issues with forum permissions. If you find you are missing something, shoot me a PM. I believe I have everyone grouped properly.

I will also be archiving the old collection/packet posts since we're all done there. They will be in their appropriate sub-forums.
