This site is blocking IPs

I read some where that the strict settings to block bots are effecting people in other countries visiting this page?

I have two guildies who are both very experienced VG players wanting to help with data collecting but they both get an error message when trying to visit this page to sign up, one lives in Germany and the other in Seoul, is there any way for them to get around the IP block so they can help please?

I'm pretty sure JA can let them in but he needs the IP add they are coming from.
But he can clarify that himself as far as how it works

Yes, any network range in the official published "blacklists" are blocked by default, but if I have their network range/IP, I can put in exceptions. You can PM them to me, so they remain anonymous.
