Okay, I've mostly finished Dargun's Tomb, at least as much as I can right now. So I'm going to go back to updating all the old quests and scripts that I run across. This is for Falgarholm, which was started already, but doesn't look like all the quests were set up, so I'm going to try do that as well.

Once again, like always, I will be going through the quests in the same order that they're in the database (by ID number)

Mapping the Path - Turn in and Completion text are missing. This starts in Falgarholm but ends in Dargun's Tomb's chunk.

Roll the Bones - Complete. Updated to current standards. Updated mobs with new loot code.

Howling Has Me Heated - Complete. No changes required

Tall Tales - Complete. Updated to current standards.

Seeds of Power - Complete. Updated to current standards. Updated related objects with current code. Item rewards are not scripted yet.

The Monoliths of Falgarholm - Skipping for now. There's some kind of fuckery going on there and I don't feel like trying to make sense of SOE's mess.

The Fire Pillars of Frostshard Lake - To say that everything was missing about this quest is an understatement. Level, XP, All the text, Objectives, all missing. I'm going to go through all the other quests here first to see if there's some hint about what the questgiver wanted. I also readded the quest rewards as well.

The Truth is in the Toes - Complete. Updated mobs with new loot code.

Additional Proof- Wasn't set up before (not correctly anyway). And it's set up now. NOTE TO SELF: Do the quests for Mimgrar the Blind in Frostshard Lake.

The Great Catch of '36 - Complete. Updated mobs with new loot code.

A Hermit's Only Friends - Updated to current standards.

Mushroom Surprise - Script was erroring out. Fixed it. All working now. Reward is not scripted yet. I might do that tomorrow.

Today's Work.

The Reward Item from "Mushroom Surprise" has now been scripted.

Falgarholm: Monumental Discoveries - Looking at this quest and the area, and trying to figure out how this was set up, I've come to the conclusion that this questline, which was added very late in the game, was created by someone that doesn't play Vanguard. It seems to employ weird mechanics that aren't really used elsewhere (Like just getting an item when you enter an area and that's your quest update). Also it seems they're forcing you to click on 10 separate items, which exist in a circle, and don't give you any loot items, and I'm not sure what it gave you. I'm starting to think it might have been popup text. Either way, this is a departure from the normal way VG does things. And because this questline was added so late in the game, none of the wikis have information on it. Due to this, and that I can't figure out what you were supposed to do, I'm altering it so it matches more traditional VG quests.

More on this in a bit when I'm done setting it up.

Falgarholm: Monumental Discoveries- Complete now. Wait no: This quest should be scrapped.

Frostshard Lake: None of these were set up so I went ahead and took care of them.
Cold Nights - Complete
Hidden Meanings - Complete
None Shall Stand - Complete. NOTE: Two of the quest rewards have the exact same stats. The other two items have almost the same stats (Two are the same, and the third is difference). And more absorption crap. I am not fixing items on this pass.
Ice Drake Disparity - Complete. This one is turned in at Wardship.

Today's Work:
Falgarholm: Shades of Glories Past - Complete. Updated quest and spawn scripts with new loot handling code.
Falgarholm: Cryptic Findings - This quest lives up to its name because I can't figure it out. Based on the turn-in text, I'm guessing these are dropped off the spirit guys near the cemetary looking part of Falgarholm.

But I'm going to be honest. I'm recommending we scrap this last minute crap they did to Falgarholm in Live VG. No one know about it. No one did it in LIve. And no wikis have info on it. I'm going to recommend that we make Falgarholm an outdoor/indoor 50+ area (perhaps raiding). I believe Falgarholm is a better place for "revised" 50+ content than some of the other areas in game, esp since VG never made use of the interior of it at all. No normal content would be lost with this change and it would give us another playground when we hit level 50.

Found it as looking for some drums for my friends bard, we did the hermits other two quests to see if it unlocked the drums quest, but it did not :(

--the dungeon Blood Seeker Den (Fandom info) has in the game diff name: Dark Eye Hold. What's the correct name??? --keeping the Dark eye Hold
..found small house with two unscripted NPCs: Crazy Lady Vock and Madman Prin...who are they??? --both scripted
--so many mobs Coldbay ones, but no related quest? Strange. --just made cleanup in their area, no more stuff to do there
..good news: I have already set harvesting mobs here (years ago:) )

--only one quest starts/finishes here: Test of Ghalnn: Dark Eye Gnolls.

--found sealed cave dungeon, nothing inside, imho it used to be accessible in VG live --for the future use
--northern peninsula area --done

--all the mobs should have max random 250, terrain is pretty rocky and tiny within the chunk --done
