Notes:
Supposedly there is a "Shreek the Cruel" boss, but I was unable to find it and there's nothing where it's supposed to spawn that has a combined spawn.

Also the first "Guardian of the Depths" I set had a combine spawn list of 3, but after I killed it once, none of the following spawns had a combined spawn.

UPDATE: Azebaj Hive

Due to popular demand, I've set the 2-dot Azebaj to pawntype 1 , Normal - this unfortunately updates both the ones outside as well as the ones inside, but I understand that folks don't want 2-dots being as tanky as they were.
