Outside the Khegor's End - repopulated area with Recluse spiders --done

The area around the road leading from the north (from Bindstone) to the southeast (to the second Bindstone) --done

Quest issues:

Quest #7598 NPC Oka Tessel: unable to complete quest.
Changed close_on_complete value from 0 to 1 --fixed

NPC/Areas Issues:

Meadow Lake:
-- trouble with client, almost everywhere player's char sinks into the bottom of the lake, very bad experience
--when killing Leechsnakes, pretty often their dead body continues and loot cannot be used, or the message "you're too far away to do that" shows
--nothing I can do about that

Dam/Themnwar's Shield:
-- some NPCs don't pause their movement when hailed --done
--need to check all the NPCs - some dwarves are not scripted --done
--need to fix pathing!!! Npcs sharing the same route (dam) --done
--Angry Dwarf and two Angry Dwarven Guards just standing, not scripted, have to check them --done
--need to fix pathing of these three NPCs traveling together in group: Diegan Grimbrand, Torran and Vesmo --done

Khegor's End:
--Keeper of Shadows - stuck in entrance stone arch (invisible at that moment) once it gets to this loc, core client issue, need to change his pathing
--have to reduce the number of4* Tunnel Recluse Stalkers, previously placed it is almost impossible to gat through the first hall without a group
--tbd
--Bugbear ones have no equipment:
Laborers--done
Diggers--done
Drudges--done
Miners --done
Ruulga The Chained --done
Oathbreaker Smelters have cont. animations,should be fixed--tbd

Great Mountain Elk hunters camp:
--all three hunters (Hunter Ironbellows, Hunter Mercer, Hunter Rosevale) should not be attackable, need to fix it. Now entity_type : 268435472.Since the normal hailing and greetings are set, I change it to value 16 /as for standard NPC) --done
--still think there used to be some quest here in VG live...but dunno what it was about :(

Stonesmasher's camps:
--Stonesmasher Gamehunter Loc id 185298 need to fix his pathing (going through the rock) --fixed

Rek's rock camp:
--all the Rekk ones have empty hands. I'll give them the same equipment like the Rekk Excavator form the Renton Keep

Adding attachments:
Rekk Granitecarvers --done
Rekk Excavator --done
Rekk Stonesmasher --done
Rekk Pulverizer --done
Rekk Rockgrinder --done
Rekk Foreman --done
Foreman Rigkor --done
Excavator Horkex --done
They All have 0/9110/22/36

--deleted pathing scripts for Whirling Stones, better make pathers from the Oathbreakers --done

Harvesting note: shall I set Rootlings harvestable? Maybe just the non-quest ones (Root Sentinel) I'd say...will think of it yet.
And what about these Stone Soldiers? I think they are humanoid ones, will keep them as non-harvestable.
Anyway, stoneflux mobs are set already.

This NPC has no script and dialog, also its loc is unusual. Maybe part of some raid quests.

Note to remember lately, for I need to mess a bit with shared Attachments

Brief:
Oathbreaker Smith in Khegor's End. We need to getthem hammering. I think that'd be a good hint for the quest Breaking Hammers (quest_id: 4470 )

Situation:
Oathbreaker Smiths have a script on them with Rake animation.

Issue:
Oathbraeker Smiths share the same Attachment set with every other Oathbreaker ones (30 kind of spawns) within the chunk, so once I change it, tens of mobs will wear the hammer instead of the knives.

Solution:
a) change the Attachment slots for all these Oathbreakers
b) create brand new mobs Smiths (new SpawnID)

Decision:
Updated their Attachment slots to wear knife + hammer, change their animation
