Diplo cards acquired from civic diplomacy buffs are permanent

Diplo cards acquired from civic diplomacy buffs are permanent
I have pushed the Smile and Nod and Faith and Conviction levers on Isle of Dawn to 20 to activate the respective buffs. Both are supposed to give temporary diplomacy cards while the buff is active.
Even after the buff disappears, the Smile and Nod and Faith and Conviction cards are still in my abilities, they can still be added to my hand, and they can still be used.
I have tried soft logging and hard logging, but it appears the cards are permanently in my abilities.
I experimented with a second character pushing the levers, and that character also has both cards permanently.

Moving to Server Bugs as the developers will have to look into this. @Hubert
