I'm taking over Ruin Falls from Jehlicka as I'd like to start getting the swamp armor stuff up. And this is the place to start.
It should be noted that even if I get swamp armor up and running, the upgrade requires crafted components. We will not be setting up the crafting for this. If we get bug reports of people who aren't paying attention, we'll have to remove the upgrades entirely until crafting can catch up to adventuring. So please pay attention to our efforts. We do not want people walking away thinking the game was set up broken when it just can't be set up /yet/.
NPCs:
Guardian Velyron - Set Hails. Set Pathing.
Warder Sorelan- Set Hail.
Countess Kaya Vol'Inara - Set Hail.
Varesh Vol'Inara - Set hail and dialog options for "Varesh's Tale"
Warder Mendent - Set Hail.
Esurin - Set Hail. Set for turn in of "The Flordiel Emissary"
Quests:
Missing Guardians - Complete. Turn in and Completion text were missing, had to fill in the blanks. I'd like for the guardians to run with a 'thank you' as per the logs I have from live. But there are 19 locations all scattered about, without a proper geolocation system to allow for pathfinding, we'd have to script each one to have it's own path and it's frankly not worth it to do so at this stage. The Countess' Request - Complete. Added Prereq Adjusted the drop rate of the feathers.
Varesh's Sanctuary - Complete. Added Prereq
Varesh's Tale- Complete. Added Prereq. Set up the dialogue.
The Flordiel Emissary - Can be turned in now. The turn in and completion text are missing. I haven't done anything with that yet.

A Growing Plague - The quest text originally said: "I do what I can to preserve the sanctity of Elani. With the undead gathering on our borders to the north, their plague and vamin have started to seep into our lands." I believe "vamin" is a typo, otherwise I can't figure out what it's supposed to be. I've changed it to vermin. If anyone knows what it is (like a creature type I've never heard of?) please let me know and I'll restore it.
Some Like It, Some Don't - Complete. Had to do some changes all the way around. The rewards are *not* scripted yet.
Deadbog Charmed Bracelet - Complete.
Strengthening the Spell - Complete.

For now set spawn_chance to 0 for all the Diseased rats
