VGOEmuLauncher auto closes

Hello everyone,

For some reason, I can't start the game anymore, the launcher loads for a while and then auto closes itself.

This is what I found in the first log file VGOEmuActivityLog:

Hello Jakkal and thank you for the reply.
Yes I'm using the launcher from this website and the sunset client. I was able to play for the past two years but I guess since the last update of the launcher I started getting this issue. Even reinstalling the launcher didn't fix this and still get the same logs.

I'm not sure but for me these two log lines (last lines of the launcher logs) are the source of the issue.

While you wait for the devs to reply, I'd suggest trying our client. If you're using the steam client, I know that causes problems. I'm not sure about the original sunset client from SOE's site.

I'd suggest getting a fresh copy of the launcher/client combo from our site and installing into a new folder. There could be corrupt/extra file that's causing issues. Many problems with the launcher or client have been fixed with a fresh install.
