Board Administrator???

My friend can't log into forums at moment and keeps being told to contact a Board Administrator, how does he do that if he can't log in?

Please be advised that when you post here asking for help, giving us all of the information you have available will make it a lot easier for us to help you.
1. What was s/he trying to do?
2. Did s/he get more in the error message than just to contact a Board Administrator?
3. Do they have an account on the forums?

And lastly, to answer the original question, despite seeming rhetorical, at the very bottom of every page on the forum there is a "Contact us" link. That is how he is supposed to contact a Board Administrator without being able to log in.

Problem solved, sorry to have bothered you. He admitted he was typing the address wrong and it wasn't that he couldn't log in, rather that he couldn't fnd the site. He was omitting the phpBB3 part of the address.
