Khal Diplomacy

Hi

I am following the diplomacy quest line for Do a Service to the People of Khal - 3101 with my char named Amiila and have gossiped with two of the Ksaravi but the the third one doesn't have the diplomacy stating chat available. The Clever Ksaravi and the Lurking Ksaravi are working as intended but the Raiding Ksaravi isn't working and I am unable to find another one to chat with.

I know that Khal is still a work in progress, however, has this been reported before?

I didn't set this one up but I checked the NPCs involved. The Raiding Ksaravi is not one of the Ksaravi used for this quest. When the quest text said I needed to talk to the ones around town, I started looking for more and found them on the other side of the tunnel from the quest turn-in NPC. I suspect that the Raiding Ksaravi is one that probably only spawns when he is needed, but I don't know for sure. But it wouldn't be that far from the mark for Vanguard to have these NPCs up all the time and you just don't use them for this quest.

ok thanks Jakkal I did go partway down the tunnel but didn't think they would be on the other side !! LOL

Oh yeah, that one I never really felt comfortable with. I tried to stick as close to what it seemed like the original intent was but the Ksaravis were in strange places. But yes, they were on either sides of that tunnel under the water. Just keep looking around and have that mask on. You don't have to go through the tunnel but it would require swimming otherwise (we need a Boofa in Khal to kick you to the other side ). The tunnel is just easier... and drier.
