Is this system still alive?
Hi! I recently installed the client and ran the launcher. There was one server with 1 person on it. I forged ahead and created a toon and tried to log in. The client sat with a full progress bar for a while and then it just poofed with no error message.
Anyway, was just curious what the status was
. Would love to play it again!

The server is a bit slower than normal right now due to holidays and such, it'll pick up again in a few weeks.
As for the login issue, that's a known thing that we haven been unable to fully fix. The client is extremely picky and sometimes it just doesn't want to work properly. If you get that specific issue again, press enter, type '/camp' without quotes and press enter again. You won't be able to see anything but it'll start the camping and put you back to character select in a minute. Be patient and when it does you can try again and almost always it works 2nd try.
