Diplomacy Quest from Thannis: 4663 Get Me My Armor Now

He gives the quest with three objectives:
Get horse from Marvyn
Tell Pedwin to Hurry
Speedy

Marvyn located in center of town and has the parley, once completed, Speedy shows up in your inventory.
Get horse from Marvyn objective and Speedy objective show completed.

Pedwin in Three Rivers then shows one Diplomacy quest, Get me my armor (no parley available under this quest), and Thannis Armor parley.
After winning the Thannis Armor parley, under Get me my armor Objectives Tell Pedwin... gets a green dot, Speedy poofs from your inventory and the Speedy Objective gets uncompleted. I returned to Thannis but he says nothing. Once quest timer runs down the quest disappears. I've tried it several times.

This is one of the older diplomacy quests. When this quest was set up, removing items from your inventory did not uncheck obtain-item objectives. A recent update has made it so that removing items related to obtain-item objectives would mark those objectives as no longer complete. You'll have to wait for a designer to come back around and update quests like this with new code.

Ok, I got in there tonight and fixed this quest and verified it worked personally. Unfortunately you'll have to abandon the quest and go back to Thannis to pick it up again but this time it should work and you should be able to finish the quest. I verified the next quest "Veskal's Present" works too so you can get rewarded with your permanent horse for testing that far.

The issue with items being given back and reverting objectives may still be on quite a few more quests. Easily fixed but hard to find so we'll need thorough testers to point these out. Thanks for your thorough testing.
