Details:
A limited buff placed on the mob should be removed when, A) the mob dies or B) you die or leave combat.

I'm not sure it relates to the player leaving combat. Example, monk feigns death. If the mob turns to another character, the monk debuffs would stick, but if the mob leaves combat and resets the debuff would drop.
