Thrown skill wont level above 160

I have a level 18 Disc, but his thrown skill will not go beyond 160. is there something I have to finish to get this to start advancing with my level again?

Looks like if ammo is inside an ammo bag it's not being properly detected for skillups. I'm guessing you recently got a bag? Just a minor oversight that shouldn't be hard to fix. For now, it should skill up if you put the ammo directly into the ammo slot.
