Artisan's Saga quest broken.

I'm on the Artisan's Saga:Ulvari Counter - 7547 questline and I was only given 2 of the 3 recipes needed to finish the quest. I have the Shining waves structure patches and Shining waves supports recipe but not the clerical wards. I've checked the assembly table as well , but it doesn't appear.

Did you check the other Craft Table/Forge ect for your craft path ?

The Patches and Supports are Refining. The clerical wards, which are called "Wards of Vothdar" are Finishing. I have checked on my toon and successfully got all three. Please recheck to make sure you got them. If you still can't find it, I'll need your crafting class to check further.
