Launcher not seeing the VGClient

Have not played in a couple years. I followed the new setup listed. When I point the launcher to the VGClientlauncher.exe it says it is not there. It wont even see it in the folder when I point it to it. Has the client changed since 2016? it says it still is a 6GB download.

You point the launcher to the 'VGClient.exe' that's inside the 'bin' folder, not the 'VGClientlauncher.exe' that's in the root folder. It should say something like 'C:\Vanguard EMU\bin'
