Ranger Companions

Leveling a Ranger. At 15th currently. Still no quest to obtain companion. Have they been implemented yet and when does that trigger? I thought I got one fairly early when I played in live.

I'm pretty sure that's not in yet.

My memory (admittedly poor) is that the actual world location where you picked up your pets was in the mountains of Kojan. I have been flying around looking for the spot but can't find it. Does anyone with a good memory know where to direct me? I understand it might not be functional yet but wanted to get a look at the possibilities. I had a Pangolin in live can't remember if there were other bizarre choices.

They're in the southern part of the Caial Brael area. IIRC, it's the southwest side. Might actually be in the Tawar Galan Chunk, just in that general area of SW Caial Brael/Eastern TG
