Quest: Report Drovin at Bordinar's quest # 7609 and 7608.

Problem: Reach commander boden cloudhammer and hail him but both quest will not complete.

Okay, I"m not sure what this person is trying to communicate, but these quests are turned in with Droven Stoutheart, not Boden Cloudhammer. So if they were trying to hail Boden, they were hailing the wrong NPC.

I did do some updates to the quests listed at least.
