ill get that teamview thing, what times good for you?
I downloaded the client from the player help guide you have on site and its version 1.134.1.139565 in the top left corner of game, you can see it on the screen as well. well if you could zoom in on it

He is now in-game turns out I was blocking a range of IP's and he was in that range.
