Not sure how to get locally stored servers or the account. I followed the directions for install. Thanks in advance.

Did you download the client from our site? It would contain Newtonsoft.Json within it.
If not, you can get it here: http://vgoplayers.com/downloads.php?tab=client

May need to re download the launcher and make sure the Newtonsoft.Json.dll file is not being stripped by your antivirus or something.
